This course provides students with foundational knowledge of pedagogical
approaches for teaching brass instruments through established methods and repertoire. Students gain knowledge of pedagogical approaches and resources for teaching brass at various levels, put new information into practice through teaching demonstrations and research assignments, and explore methods on organizing and managing a private studio.
