How to Submit a Proposal for a CEU Course: Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for consideration as an LCAT CEU course offered through the NYU Creative Arts Therapies Consortium. Submit a proposal online to the Consortium for consideration. The Consortium Committee meets three times per year (September, January, May) and reviews all proposals at those planning meetings.
