Qyana Agina aka 'Professor Q', has the mind of a strategist and the heart of an artist—a combination that has shaped her approach to brand building and creative leadership. She is the founder of Glen & Haze, a brand development and marketing agency that helps creators and businesses build impactful, revenue-generating brands.
With over 15 years of experience across entertainment, media, and corporate sectors, she has led marketing strategy for global brands like COVERGIRL, P&G, Pandora/SiriusXM, and Warner Music Group, and worked with high-profile artists including Lizzo, Jennifer Lopez, Janelle Monáe, Twenty One Pilots, Rico Nasty, and Burna Boy.
While building her corporate career, Qyana also nurtured her creative side—performing as a background vocalist and sharing the stage with artists like Babyface, as well as performing on live award shows for BET and Univision. This dual experience, both behind the scenes and in the spotlight, gives her a rare ability to bridge the gap between artistry and business.
A proud mom and graduate of both Howard University and NYU’s Steinhardt Music Business graduate program, Qyana brings a culturally informed, real-world approach to the classroom—mentoring the next generation of music business leaders with a blend of Southern roots, Caribbean heritage, and big-city perspective.
