Composer, Stefan Thompson, studied under Boston Conservatory at Berklee professors Drs. Eun Young Lee and Jonathan Bailey Holland until May 2021. In 2019, he was awarded the prestigious Harry Moore Award from the Lyford Cay Foundation in the Bahamas, as well as grants from the Charitable Arts Foundation and Nassau Music Society, for his outstanding work as an artist. He participated in the selective NYU Film Scoring Workshop in New York in 2017 and won several original composition awards during his undergraduate studies at Pensacola Christian College. In 2022, Stefan had an orchestral work entitled NDE: Impressions of a Near Death Experience performed by the Boston Conservatory Orchestra at Symphony Hall in Boston. Stefan began his PhD studies in Screen Scoring at New York University in September 2022, where he collaborates with artists across a myriad of disciplines.
