Chloe Sun (she/her) is the Administration and Operations Manager at NYU's research centers, CREATE and LEARN. In her current role, Chloe takes charge of the operational aspects of both centers and plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining efficient systems for center administration and post-grant operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing the operations of a diverse range of research projects funded both internally and externally, coordinating seminars and community events, and actively participating in collaborative ventures and training initiatives aimed at fostering innovative and effective uses of educational technology. She also manages the Coding for Game Design Summer High School Program, under the leadership of the Center Director.
Before joining NYU, Chloe excelled as the Operations Manager at McGill University, where she demonstrated excellence in managing a diverse portfolio of International Study Abroad and partnership-based customized programs. Under her management, these programs consistently maintained an annual enrollment of around 400 students, with multi-million-dollar operations. Chloe boasts a wealth of experience in academia and program operations and played a pivotal role in expanding global partnerships with higher education institutions.
Chloe holds an M.A. in Second Language Education from McGill University, and a B.A. in Linguistics and English Literature. She is also certified in Project Management and Data Analytics, further underscoring her commitment to excellence in the field of HigherEd Operations.
