Clotilde Santana-Eccardi is a Resource Specialist for the Language RBE-RN. She provides technical support and professional development to schools and collaborates with translations of documents and the ELL Parents Hotline. Additionally, Ms. Santana-Eccardi collaborates with the World Language and the PRHYLI NYC Delegation. Before joining the Language RBE-RN, she worked for the NYCDOE as an English Language Learner (ELL) Instruction Specialist, Staff Developer/Compliance, and High School Assistant Principal of Organization. She served as an Adjunct Professor at Touro College. Ms. Santana-Eccardi also worked as a consultant at the Center for Integrated Teacher Education, specializing in ELLs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College, a Master of Science in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education, and a Professional Diploma in Supervision and Administration from Long Island University. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate (EdD) in Higher Education at Grand Canyon University.
