Study abroad this summer, immersing yourself in a focused academic topic taught by NYU Steinhardt faculty.
Taken in January or during your spring break, these intensive, graduate-level study abroad courses count toward your Spring course load and tuition — any financial aid you receive for the Spring semester will apply
NYU Steinhardt offers intensive summer internship placement to graduate students in international education and higher education.
Graduate students from other institutions and professionals who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher are welcome to participate in Steinhardt study abroad programs. Please review the instructions for visiting students on our How to Apply page and our Policies page.
Applicants should always consult with their academic advisor at their home institution to ensure that course numbers will transfer and satisfy degree requirements. Visiting students participating for credit may request an official transcript from the NYU Registrar upon program completion, but NYU cannot guarantee that all credits earned will transfer to the student’s home institution, or toward a future degree program. At this time, the Office of Global Affairs cannot accept non-NYU undergraduate students.
To speak with a Global Affairs representative regarding visiting student participation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 212-992-9380.
