Now, I am embarking on an exciting chapter as I pursue a Ph.D. in developmental psychology, working under the guidance of Dr. Lauren Mims. My doctoral research is dedicated to identifying and promoting protective factors that empower Black youth and create nurturing environments for their growth and success.
