Xinyue Jiao

Research Assistant

Xinyue Jiao is a doctoral student at the Education, Communication, and Technology Program of NYU. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology and has designed augmented reality (AR) applications for K–12 education, with a focus on enhancing learners’ experiences. Her research interests lie in multimodal learning analytics and the design of technology-enhanced learning environments. Specifically, she is passionate about designing educational applications that integrate advanced technologies such as AR/VR and generative AI, and about leveraging methods including AI and multimodal analytics to better understand and support student cognition and interactions in collaborative VR/AR learning contexts.
