I am interested in mathematics learning and different cultures. I graduated from the Secondary School Science and Mathematics Education M.s. program at Boğaziçi University. During my ms study, I have learned about teacher education and textbook analysis research and been a part of a research project about teachers' perspectives. I would like to study at NYU to contribute to the mathematics education research field in a meaningful way.
