Leah is the Grants & Operations Manager at Global TIES for Children. She manages the center's grant portfolio, specifically focusing on private and foreign funder agreements, as well as domestic and foreign subcontracts. She also works with the center's directors to support the financial, operational and administrative activities of the center. She liaises between center staff, and central university offices to process contracts, agreements, purchase orders and invoice payments across multiple grants.
She now also manages the day-to-day operational duties that are critical to the smooth functioning of the center, which includes staff travel and expenses, procurement and purchasing of goods, and support for center events. Leah also makes regular website updates to the TIES website.
