Jing (Amy) is a doctoral student in Teaching and Learning with a focus on Science Education. Amy is a chemist and chemistry teacher. Her undergraduate degree is in Chemistry from Xiamen University and her Master's degree is in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University. Recently, she also earned an M.S. and certification in adolescent education from Pace University and she has been teaching as a chemistry and science research teacher at Francis Lewis High School in Queens. Amy has several publications in chemistry journals and is interested in a variety of topics in the education field.
