Janna Chowdhury

Janna Chowdhury is a native New Yorker with a passion for higher education access and student success. Prior to joining NYU, she worked in student advising, college access, and program coordination at Harvard University and the City University of New York (CUNY), and previously taught history at a New York City public high school. She holds an MPhil in Education from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, an Ed.M. from Harvard University, and a BA in History and Adolescent Education from Hunter College. Janna is excited to bring her experience supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds to the MCC community.
