Basel is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the NYU CREATE Lab, where he explores how emerging technologies can help us better understand and augment student learning and behavior.
His research focuses on applying mixed-methods to study what students do when they get stuck, and how they set new goals, as well as how technology and digital media shape student behavior, instruction, and education.
