Piano Studies alum Francesca Khalifa (Studio of Jeffrey Swann) has launched EXTENSITY, a musician-founded series presenting innovative programming by emerging and established artists working across a range of disciplines, co-directed by Francesca and fellow NYU alum Chelsea Randall. EXTENSITY's upcoming shows feature artists including Craig Taborn and Malang Jobarteh, as well as NYU Artist Faculty Marilyn Nonken and Jeffrey Swann.
As a soloist, Francesca Khalifa has recently performed at Steinway Hall and Harbin Concert Hall (China) and appeared with the Orchestra Filarmoinca Pozzoli (Italy) and Cairo Symphony Orchestra (Egypt).
