Evgeniya Kondrashina
The Performing Arts Administration graduate program at NYU Steinhardt is pleased to welcome Evgeniya Kondrashina as a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr. Kondrashina joins NYU from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she worked as a lecturer and research center manager. Prior to her academic career, she was a fundraiser at the London Symphony Orchestra and a management consultant at Oliver Wyman and The Brattle Group for ten years.
Her appointment reinforces the program’s ongoing commitment to preparing graduates for leadership on the global stage through internationally engaged research and creative work.

Her wide ranging expertise in many academic areas (Marketing, Fundraising, Finance, Cultural Diplomacy, Cultural Policy), professional experience in fundraising and consulting, and passion for teaching and supporting student development make her an amazing addition to our faculty.” said Performing Arts Administration Graduate Program Director Dr. Richard Beasley Maloney.
As an educator, Dr. Kondrashina prioritizes providing students with the knowledge necessary to understand and appropriately utilize AI for both scholarly work and professional application. She leads dedicated AI training sessions and participates in university-wide AI knowledge exchanges.
Dr. Kondrashina holds a PhD in Cultural Relations and an MA in Arts Administration from Goldsmiths College, an MSc in Management from the LSE, and a BSc in Economics from the University of London.
