At NYU, I’ve studied how media and culture shape the way we connect. Through Fulbright, I’m excited to experience that firsthand, learning from my students and deepening the cultural insight that will guide my future in storytelling and marketing.
Bridging Media and Global Exchange
Elaine Ho, a senior in the Department of Media, Culture, and Communication (MCC), has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2026-27 Fulbright Grant.
Elaine will be traveling to South Korea next year to serve in the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program. This competitive placement allows scholars to serve as cultural ambassadors while supporting local English language instruction.
During her time at NYU, Elaine focus has been on the intersection of media, culture, and business. She is minoring in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology, and has held several leadership positions on campus: as Communications Club Co-President; TEDxNYU Director of Marketing; and Tech@NYU Marketing Lead.
