Several faculty and alumni from the Department of Art and Art Professions have work featured in the Whitney Biennial 2022: Quiet as It's Kept.

Jonathan Berger (Faculty), Terence Nance (MFA), and Julie Tolentino (Artist in Residence) are among the influential and innovative artists participating in the Biennial's eightieth edition.

The Whitney Biennial is the longest-running survey of American art. The current format—a survey show of work in all media occurring every two years—has been in place since 1973. More than 3,600 artists have participated in a biennial or annual.
