Fermin Suero, Jr., a Music Technology graduate student working on his thesis, "Determining the perception of pitch correction in Pop music vocals," is achieving professional success as a vocal engineer. His work can be heard on "Someone's Someone,” the third single from Monsta X’s album All About Luv, which debuted at number 5 on the Billboard 200 albums chart in February. The video for the song has earned over 19 million views on YouTube. He was also a vocal engineer on the first single from the soundtrack to the film Birds of Prey, “Diamonds” by Megan Thee Stallion & Normani.
