Dr. Maloney in the News

Performing Arts Administration program director Dr. Richard Maloney was quoted in an article in the Chicago Reader on problems between the administration and teachers at the Old Town School of Folk Music. Commenting on the issues raised by the deteriorating relations between the two groups, Dr. Maloney said, "If your stakeholders do not believe the organization is acting in a transparent manner and/or your board and senior management do not reflect the people who attend the school or who live in the community, the organization has work to do."
