80WSE presents Incendiaries: The People's Flag Show 1970, examining the landmark exhibition at Judson Memorial Church and the networks of artists, activists, and communities that shaped it into a defining moment in American art and cultural protest.

Alison Nguyen’s (Adjunct Faculty) new film Prior Occupants was co-commissioned by the High Line and Chanel Culture Fund for the fifth High Line Originals film.

Rachel Rampleman’s (MFA Alum) project Life is Drag was selected for the 53rd Edition of the Sulmona Prize Competition in Italy.

Richard Medina (MFA Alum) curated the group exhibition Big Stretch at Not That Deep Gallery featuring works by recent MFA graduates Roselynn Sadaghani, Brooke Schneider, and Nicholas Koby. The exhibition was reviewed by Trill Magazine.

Katy Hamer (MA Studio Art Alum) was recently named the Senior Editor of Art & Object’s bimonthly print magazine. She also served as a juror for the I-Park Sculpture Residency in Connecticut.

Macey Zhang's (BFA Student) essay “Invisible Choices" was published in Mercer Street as part of NYU’s Expository Writing Program's annual publication of excellent student writing.

Cali Kurlan (BFA Alum) presented “Reframing the Photographic Image: Biological Vision and the Expansion of Print Through Hybrid Imaging” at the Philosophy of Biology at Madison conference. She was recently accepted into two working groups through the Consortium for History of Science, Technology and Medicine.
