In September, NYU Metro Center's EJ-ROC will be launching the Culturally Responsive Curriculum Fellowship, funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, to prepare young adults and public school parents to facilitate curriculum scoring workshops with schools and districts. Cohorts of young adults, parents, and educators from 4-5 cities across the country will go through an intensive training program to become certified as facilitators who can work with their own and other schools to help make their curriculum more culturally responsive.
