Center for Strategic Solutions (CSS), as part of its' work in the Ossining school districts' efforts to disrupt and dismantle inequities across its' schools, has trained student equity leaders to explore the interconnectedness of race, power and privilege. These Student Leaders meet six times over the course of the year with CSS Director Natalie Zwerger and offer a teach-in for teachers and administrators about how they want to improve school climate for racially, culturally, and linguistically diverse students.
