This second Equity Now Pre-Conference Session highlights the process by which Plainfield, NJ Public Schools are building coherent equity infrastructure grounded in state policy adaptation, CR-SE, restorative practices, community voice, and strategic systems leadership through applying the research findings of session presenters to district practices. 

Throughout this session, led by educators Dr. Danielle Mastrogiovanni and Dr. Tristan Cox, webinar attendees will learn about the ways in which this district is weaving together various equity focused initiatives to spread the seeds and grow the roots of a more equitable district ecosystem that moves the district toward more just, inclusive, and affirming learning environments.
