Supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Maker Partnership Project is a research-practice partnership between the Research Alliance, Schools That Can and MakerState. The project is building knowledge about how to help elementary teachers integrate computer science (CS) and computational thinking into their regular sciences classes using maker pedagogy. This week, the project is being featured as part of the Stem for All video showcase highlighting efforts across the country to improve STEM and CS education. Featured videos share strategies to address racial and gender inequities and broaden participation in STEM and CS in the midst of COVID. Until May 18 (8 pm EDT), showcase visitors can view the videos, post comments, and vote for favorites. View (and vote for!) our video here.
