Introduction
This brief from April 2016 discusses the results of a study of Connecticut's efforts to improve educational equity. It examines student performance on the 3rd grade Connecticut Mastery Test (CMT) and analyzes statewide trends and trends of low-performing schools throughout the state, with particular attention to Black and Hispanic comparative outcomes.
