This session will focus on the work done by the Strategic Partnerships for Advancing Collective Equity (SPACE) Team and Brooklyn South High Schools to build the capacity of Assistant Principals to implement Culturally Responsive and Sustaining Education (anchored by the NYS Portrait of Graduate) into their classroom observation practices and feedback to teachers.
