Parent and Family Engagement as a Liberatory Educational Practice
Together we will discuss, imagine and co-create a vision of what a decolonized parent and family engagement practice can be and how it can be utilized in real time in the classroom. We will be answering the questions: What does it look like to have families (including children) at the center of educational practice and policy?
In this workshop we will center how we can center families in how we decolonize family engagement and bring to about student success.
