While traditional organizational charts are displayed hierarchically with the organization’s leader at the top, inspired by the work of Jess Moore Matthews, Chief Good Troublemaker and Founder of Backbone Digital Leaders, we flip the script. This serves to feature at the top of the chart those colleagues and sub-units whose work is closest to the students, communities, schools, educators, and leaders with whom we partner, and to illustrate our infrastructure of support for the powerful and life-affirming work of the NYU Metro Center.
