Our mission is to continually develop and support VIBE Educators by empowering our community, celebrating one another, building connections, and fostering collaboration to create and sustain a sense of belonging within our district. Learn how to leverage focus group data and human resource goals to create opportunities for Black and Brown educators, aiding in the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.
