IntegrateNYC aims to develop youth leaders who repair the harms of segregation and build authentic integration and equity. This youth-led nonprofit envisions a world where youth leaders build systems of liberation so that all people thrive in powerful communities.

As an institution, IntegrateNYC supports youth to forge an unprecedented journey ahead in life, elevating a bold youth vision for the future. The organization honors youth across culture, identity, and ability. IntegrateNYC works with restorative practices, unapologetic self love, community care and joy; and leans into the unique expertise present across generations.
