CR-SE In Action takes learning out of the CR-SE "training" space and back into our classrooms, schools and the district as a whole. In this workshop, we will take participants through the evolution of our CRSE in Action work over the past four years.  Participants will come to understand our initial goals, the obstacles we encountered in the first year, our redirection for year two, the truths that we uncovered moving through year three, and the iterative shifts we made to continue to grow the impact for year four.  As we are coming to the conclusion of this year, we will share our data and the lessons that we have learned as co-facilitators.  It is our hope that participants will learn from our mistakes and our successes so that they can begin to take the work of CRSE and put it into action.
