In the high-stakes environments of schools and leadership, the absence of clear boundaries can lead to overwhelming stress and inevitable burnout. "Boundaries or Burnout" is a workshop designed to equip professionals with the tools needed to establish and maintain healthy boundaries. By understanding the critical role boundaries play in preserving mental health and enhancing productivity, participants will learn how to navigate their roles without compromising their well-being.
Objectives: 1) Recognize the signs of burnout and its impact on personal and professional life; 2) Assess current burnout levels and boundary-setting practices; 3) Develop actionable strategies for establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries; and 4) Practice techniques to build confidence in boundary setting.
