October 2025 - March 2026
- Dr. Suzanne Dikker, Research Associate Professor of Psychology and Neural Science at NYU Arts & Sciences, was featured in Rolling Stone and Science Friday for her collaborative research with musicians Mike Gordon and Bob Weir exploring flow states and interpersonal synchrony in music. She was also cited in the San Francisco Standard discussing the role of synchrony in enhancing wellbeing in collective experiences such as dance and rave culture.
- Dr. Angela Trude, Assistant Professor in the Nutrition Program at NYU Steinhardt, was featured by the American Diabetes Association in coverage related to research funding and interventions promoting healthier food environments.
- Dr. Hala Alyan, Clinical Assistant Professor of Applied Psychology at NYU Steinhardt, has received widespread recognition for her memoir, I'll Tell You When I'm Home: A Memoir. Her book was lauded as a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize (read more here), as well as being named an NPR Book of the Year, one of TIME’s 100 Must-Read Books of the Year, and on the longlist for the National Book Critics Circle Award.

- Sophia Rodriguez was interviewed for Cal Matters to discuss how the Los Angeles Unified School District has rallied to support immigrant students and families.
- Angela Trude was featured in numerous news outlets, including Food Ingredients First, Ingredients Network, Route Fifty, Supermarket News, and NYU news about combatting food insecurity through digital interventions.
