Perspectives on A Roadmap To Reducing Child Poverty

Dr. J. Lawrence Aber and Dr. Benard Dreyer served on the expert committee and co-authored A Roadmap to Reducing Childhood Poverty. On Wednesday, October 30th, Drs. Aber and Dreyer offered their perspectives on the report and discussed the proposed policies and programs with Jennifer Jones-Austin and Dr. Xavier de Souza Briggs.

Proseminar Series

In addition to funding doctoral students from the seven affiliated departments across NYU the program includes a proseminar series. The series brings together presentations by both NYU and external experts who will help to introduce, reintroduce, and consolidate students' advanced understanding of the concepts of internal, external, construct, and statistical validity.
