| A. Jordan Wright, PhD, ABAP
Jordan Wright is the Director of the Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing (CCCW) and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology at Steinhardt. He specializes in psychological testing and assessment, having authored two widely used textbooks on the subject with Wiley Publishers (Conducting Psychological Assessment: A Guide for Practitioners and Handbook of Psychological Assessment, Sixth Edition), as well as psychotherapy with diverse populations, having written widely on the subject of LGBTQ+ psychology. He is an executive board member of the Society for Personality Assessment, where he is also a Fellow, and Past President of Section IX of Division 12 (psychological assessment) at the American Psychological Association. He is also a Diplomate with the American Board of Assessment Psychology (ABAP), where he also serves on the Executive Board and a Fellow of the American Academy of Assessment Psychology. He was previously on faculty in the Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University and the State University of New York.
