Fees

The Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing (CCCW) charges clients on a sliding scale, based on need. 

Clients who would like to request fees that are reduced from those listed below will be given instructions by their counselor on how to apply. Clients should understand that in order to receive a reduced rate for any service, they must provide certain income information to the center director. Also, as a training clinic, the CCCW does not accept medical insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for payment of services. Clients are responsible for paying the entirety of their bill. The CCCW accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.

 The current fees for the CCCW (before any reduction is applied) are:

Intake* $50 for the entire process, regardless of how many sessions it takes
Individual Counseling $40 per session
Group Counseling $20 per session
Vocational/Career Counseling $40 per session
Occupational Therapy Services $40 per individual session, $20 per group session
Psychological Assessment $1,000 for the entire process, including the report and feedback session
Neuropsychological and Psychoeducational Assessment $1,500 for the entire process, including the report and feedback session

*Please note, the intake fee is generally not available for a reduced fee, except in special circumstances. Please discuss with the center director before the intake process begins to be considered for an exception.
