Child and Family Policy Center

The Child and Family Policy Center at NYU Steinhardt works to bring state-of-the field knowledge about how to promote children's healthy development and school success to the forefront of policymaking, program design, and practice. Faculty and researchers affiliated with the Center conduct research, technical assistance, and dissemination activities.

This work is supported by the School's multidisciplinary faculty, which includes scholars in child development, health, and education. The Center's primary focus is the well-being and healthy development of young children, age 0 to 8, in school, home, and community settings.
