Institutional transformation refers to efforts to make schools, districts, non-profit organizations, and other institutions more equitable. Publications and resources in this category may include school or district equity audits; evaluations of initiatives that improve conditions for learning among historically marginalized students; and research and resources related to organizational efforts to promote internal diversity, equity, and belonging.
