We invite interested students to submit their art to be considered for our Voices in Urban Education (VUE) CR-SE Pt. 2 Issue. 

VUE is seeking talented students to imagine possibilities and submit art that answers the question: What would it mean to truly see myself in what I'm taught or what I'm learning?

Entries will be judged on their connection to the theme, design, originality, and technical skill. In the submission email, include your name, title of your piece(s), and a 1-3 sentence description of your art. All students 21 and younger are eligible. Medium: Painting or Drawing. 

The winner of this competition will: 

• Receive a price valued at $150
• Art included as the cover art for the upcoming issue of VUE
• Additional awards of $50 will be given to artists whose art is included in this house.
