You’re here! You made the big decision to leave the college you were attending, and you’re now at your dream school – NYU Steinhardt. But even though you’ve been to college before, you may still feel overwhelmed by some things that are new to you at NYU.

Know that you’re not alone. In fact, about 25% of Steinhardt students have transferred in from another college outside or inside of NYU.  NYU Steinhardt’s Office of Student Affairs is enthusiastic about supporting students who are still getting used to navigating life and academics here.

You are invited! Join us for dinner and conversation about life at NYU, NYC, and beyond. Hear from upperclassmen, faculty, and staff who will share info that may help you as you get settled this semester. We’ll have postcards you can fill out to send a message home, and we’ll also take care of the postage! See you there! Be sure to RSVP.
