Being the minority in both academic and professional spaces is not new to Professor Noel W Anderson. Having earned 2 terminal degrees at 2 major American universities, Professor Anderson struggled 5 years investigating the definitions and limits of otherness as a concept and a material reality. Through the mediums of art, performance, and writing, Anderson continues to question the thresholds of identity politics within the university and beyond. Please Join Professor Noel W Anderson as he explores his time in higher education, and with audience assistance, pursues strategies of perseverance, so that he will never be alone. These are the tales we tell so well.
