This semester, the Office of Global Awards will be offering two information sessions about studying in the United Kingdom and the Rhodes, Marshall, Churchill, Mitchell, and Gates Scholarships.

Space is limited to 40 students.
This hour long information session will cover the basics of fellowships for graduate study in the United Kingdom, focusing in particular on the Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell and Gates Scholarships. We’ll go over the difference between each scholarship foundation, what makes a plausible application, how to secure recommendation letters and think through the essay components of each applications. We will also discuss the internal application process at NYU. (NYU’s internal deadline for expressions of interest is May 19th. For more details, see here.)
Students from ALL years are welcome (as well as alumni), though you will need to be at least a senior in Fall 2017 to be eligible for they next competition cycle for these scholarships. You will need to research each scholarship in detail for further information about eligibility.
