Be Kind To Yourself! Exploring Self Care & Mindfulness

Feeling stressed out as we move into the last five weeks of the semester? Discover how our bodies and minds respond to stress, which we can use to our advantage in practices that help us de-stress. Come discuss what self care means to you, and find out strategies to incorporate this practice into your daily life, even if you only have a minute to spare! We’ll conclude with a grounding mindfulness practice.
