Please join the NYCDOE for an in-depth information session on the application process and getting hired in New York City Public Schools. Prospective teachers will be able to ask specific questions to the presenter. This information session is especially relevant to teachers who are looking to begin their career either mid-year or in Fall 2016. All subject areas are welcome, however, please note that speech and language pathologists, school counselors and social workers have a separate application process. Some of the general content in this information session may be relevant to these majors but details about their application process and career opportunities will not be covered.
