Self-Hypnosis / Meditation Session @ Bobst

Bobst Library and the Student Health Center is offering a weekly self-hypnosis/meditation toolkit every Wednesday at 4 pm and 4:30 pm in Rm. 411 at Bobst Library (beginning 10/22/14). This is a drop-in workshop for anyone who is interested in learning quick and simple self-hypnosis and meditation techniques to help decrease anxiety, worry, depressive symptoms, and sleep problems. The Session last about 20 minutes and can be a convenient and productive study break.\
