In an increasingly global world, the term “intercultural competence” is commonly used, but what does it really mean? This workshop explores what intercultural competence is, how it benefits individuals and communities, and how we can grow our competencies. Participants will leave with a deepened awareness of how their own communication preferences can impact cross-cultural interactions.
