As we’re working towards getting back to our normal routines, it is important to consider the impact the storm may have had on your emotional state. Witnessing a natural disaster like a hurricane can be overwhelming and the experience of losing power, losing access to care, evacuating your home, and the disruption of your routine can be unsettling.
