We’re thrilled to announce that the LEGO Foundation provided a $100 million grant to expand a research partnership between Sesame Workshop, BRAC, the International Rescue Committee, and Global TIES for Children, an international research center embedded within IHDSC. The LEGO Foundation’s grant builds on existing partnership, and on a previous $100 million grant from the John D. and Catherine MacArthur Foundation to educate refugee children displaced by conflict. Dr. Hirokazu Yoshikawa and Dr. Alice Wuermli of Global TIES for Children will lead the project’s evidence-based research.
