Sharon is an experienced measurement development and intervention researcher, specializing in low-income and developing country contexts. She holds an M.A. in International Educational Development from Columbia University and has served as a research consultant for various organizations including the World Bank, FHI 360, and the International Rescue Committee. She is also a co-creator of the Teacher Instructional Practices and Processes System (TIPPS), an observational instrument for assessing classroom quality, as well as the TIPPS Feedback protocol.
